The apartment: total freedom, a stone’s throw from the sea
The peace of a summerhouse and all the comfort of a four-star hotel right by the sea of Ischia: these are the apartments realized inside a villa. At the beginning, there was a lovely villa on the beach realized in the 1960s with thick and well-structured lava walls. Today it has been divided into eight mini-flats, furnished in the old nautical style. We tried to preserve the old structure as much as possible, carefully restoring the Neapolitan majolicas of the upper floor. The renovations transformed the flats into unique environments, the perfect place to spend a holiday with your family or friends. Each apartment features a telephone, fully-equipped dining nook with flatware and pots, TV-SAT, air conditioning and wi-fi connection. Room cleaning is done daily, except for the kitchenette, and the towels are changed multiple times a week. The guests have full access to the hotel amenities at only 250 meters, including the private beach, outdoor thermal pool, Spa for guests 18 or older, parking, tennis court. We can accommodate half or full board requests at the main building.
