Our cuisine

A buffet laden with savoury appetizers and a multitude of vegetable dishes is just the start of a menu based entirely on prime local materials, a cuisine of Ischian dishes prepared from fresh produce.
The queen of first courses is our pasta, prepared with Maronti’s own tomatoes, fresh vegetables of the season, fish and, naturally, the classic sauces. Second courses are based on fish, accompanied by vegetables or prepared to traditional recipes, with just the occasional hint of something less conventional. And, to finish, a choice of cheeses, fresh fruit and desserts prepared by the chef.
