“The peacefulness of a villa – the comfort of a hotel.” From a villa constructed in the 1960s right on the beach, with 30 inch volcanic lava walls, eight mini-apartments have been created, finished in traditional
maritime style. As much as possible of the original structure has been preserved, above all the Neapolitan majolica floor tiles of the upper level, and every apartment therefore retains an individual layout. Each has a direct-dial telephone and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The apartments are cleaned every day (excluding the cooking area), linen is changed at least twice a week.
Guests in our residences can use all the hotel services (beach, thermal pool, wellness area and parking) and on request may also have half or full board.

The apartments can be reached from the Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme by a footpath of around 250 metres. The minimum stay is 7 nights.
